When you are creating your NickName, enter your Nickname as your

FULL FIRST AND LAST NAME

as you have it on your Lightning Team Application, and the email you used to apply with, so we can know it is you.

You will receive an email confirmation link after you sign up.

After you confirm your email, give us 48 hours to approve you. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been approved.

Then, give us 48 hours to assign your departments. You can then go in and schedule your shifts.
